* State sales tax will be added to the total bill (5%) Prices do not include  guide and staff gratuities, which are optional.
* Lodging is double occupancy but you may request a single room for an additional $100/night.
* Ground transportation can be provided to and from Sioux Falls, Mitchell or Chamberlain airports.
* Conference facilities w/WIRELESS high speed internet, fax, great cell coverage and multiple satellite TV dishes.

EXCLUSIVE USE:
You may request exclusive use of the lodge. 16 paid slots are required to hold the lodge and no one else will be booked with your particular group.
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book all hunts. If you are unable to hunt on the dates you have booked, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be granted if you cancel your hunt 60 days in advance and find replacement hunters for that time period. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance of the hunt, your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit will not be carried over to the next year; however, we may be able to work you into another group. Additional hunters may join your hunting party at a later date if space is available.

DEPOSITS: We must receive your 50% deposit within 10 days of booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your hunt.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposit may be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your hunt AND if replacement hunters are found to fill your hunt. Absolutely NO REFUND of deposits for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the hunt.

RESERVATIONS: In order to maintain the quality of the hunt and our wild bird population, only a limited number of hunts will be booked each year. Early booking is strongly advised (January-February). We are now taking bookings for the 2011 season. Please call for more information.
